Why I Created This Workshop

For years, I believed something was wrong with me. I carried emotional weight that didn’t belong to me — overanalyzing what others said, and quietly shrinking under disapproval. The first time someone told me, “You don’t need to carry that weight,” it was like a crack of light broke through. That moment taught me I wasn’t at the mercy of others’ unfortunate reactions — I held the power to decide how much it would affect me. This workshop comes straight from that realization. It’s for those moments when you feel wronged, misunderstood, or made to feel small — and you’re ready to stop carrying the emotional residue as if it were yours.​

Will the workshop be emotionally intense?
Not at all. This workshop is designed to gently guide you inward and feel spacious rather than overwhelming. You’ll be supported every step of the way — no pressure, no intensity.

What if I can’t join live?
No problem at all. Everyone who registers will receive access to the full replay — you can watch it whenever it feels right for you. You can also submit your questions in advance, and I’ll answer them at the end of the live session. Please submit your question in the registration form.

Do I need any prior knowledge or experience?
No prior knowledge or experience is required. This workshop is for anyone open to self-awareness, reflection, and emotional clarity — whether you’re just beginning your inner work or have been on this path for years.
