Cancellation and Refund Policy

Course Cancellation

• We do not allow cancellations once registered, but seats are transferable if informed in writing at least one week in advance.

• Requests must be in writing via email to our support team.

• In cases of unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refund Terms

• Fees for online programs are non-refundable unless an exception is granted upon review.

 

Course Rescheduling

• Requests to transfer to a different batch must be made at least 7 days before the course starts.

• Transfers are subject to availability.

• A transfer fee may apply based on administrative costs.

 

Refund Processing

• If refunds are allowed, they will be issued via the original payment method.

• Processing time: 7-14 business days.

• International refunds are subject to currency conversion rates and banking policies.
