The Art of Breathing

Exploring the breath as a pathway to emotional balance,

inner awareness & deeper connection.

Facilitated by Vineet (Jungli Aadmi)

September 16, 2026

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM IST on Zoom

We breathe every moment of our lives, yet rarely pause to notice how we breathe.

Our breath changes when we are anxious, excited, angry, afraid, relaxed or deeply present. It is constantly responding to what is happening within us, and, at the same time, it has the ability to influence how we feel,

think and experience ourselves.

The Art of Breathing is a 90-minute experiential workshop inviting you to explore this intimate relationship with your breath.

Rather than looking at breathing as merely a physiological function or learning a set of techniques, we will explore the breath as a doorway into greater awareness of the body, emotions, mind and inner self.

In this workshop, what we will explore?

Through simple experiential practices, guided explorations and reflection, we will explore:

  • How our emotional states influence the way we breathe

  • How conscious breathing can support emotional balance and regulation

  • Developing greater awareness of the breath and the body

  • The relationship between breath, thoughts and inner states

  • Using the breath to cultivate presence and groundedness

  • Different ways of consciously working with the breath

  • How the breath can become a tool for deeper self-awareness and inner connection

This workshop is for you if...

You are curious about your breath and want to develop a more conscious relationship with it.

You may be looking for ways to:

  • Understand yourself and your emotional patterns better

  • Feel more grounded and present

  • Develop a deeper connection with your body

  • Work consciously with stress and emotional states

  • Explore meditation and inner work through the breath

  • Discover how something as simple as breathing can become a profound practice of awareness

More than just breathing

Breathing is something we do automatically. But when we begin to bring awareness to it, something shifts.

The breath can become an anchor in moments of turbulence, a pathway into the body, a way of meeting our emotions, and a doorway into stillness.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, breathe consciously, and discover what your breath may already be telling you.

Come, explore your breath.

The Art of Breathing is not about learning to breathe perfectly.
It is about learning to be with your breath consciously, and discovering where that awareness can take you.
