Invitation
Join us for a 120-minute workshop designed to guide you back to yourself, to remind you that what feels broken is often the part of you that most longs to belong.
During our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to explore what your astrological natal chart reveals about your core woundings. If you already have your chart, bring it along. If not, simply bring your birth date, time, and place, and you’ll be able to generate it during the workshop.
This is a gentle space to reconnect with yourself, to meet your most tender parts with compassion, acceptance, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Why we Created This Workshop
Since I was small, I felt like I had difficulty fitting in within a group. I was the typical girl that others left behind. I felt like I wasn’t functional, and throughout my life, I have felt this way countless times, a feeling I dreaded.
I isolated myself to avoid feeling this way. In a way, it made me feel better, but I also felt the emptiness of not connecting with others.
The first time I heard that there is purpose in our life experiences, and that life happens for a reason, it created a shift. I immediately felt stronger. Over time, as I learned more about spirituality and shadow work, my strength became grounded. Not because the knowledge was convenient or alleviated my suffering, but because it felt like truth in my body.
Now, I can hold the parts of myself that feel vulnerable without being overwhelmed by them. I experience the wholeness that comes from owning these parts and letting them belong within me.
This workshop is born from that journey, and I want to share the same knowledge and perspective that helped me transform my dread of emotions into invitations for deeper self-connection.

This workshop isn’t about “fixing” you in 120 minutes. It’s about giving you a new way to relate to yourself and your emotions, you’ll know how to meet them with awareness and compassion. Many people find this shift alone creates a powerful sense of relief.
Do I need to know anything about psychology or meditation beforehand?
Not at all. We’ll guide you step by step, and everything will be explained in simple, practical language.
Is this therapy?
No. This is an educational workshop, not a substitute for therapy or medical advice. The practices and perspectives shared are meant to increase self-awareness and support your personal growth.
