Healing Trauma Circle
A 12-Week Somatic Exploration Based on Peter Levine’s Work
Copy of Copy of Relationship Workshop Se

This 12-week journey is inspired by Healing Trauma by Peter Levine, the founder of Somatic Experiencing®. His pioneering work shows how trauma is stored in the body and how gentle, body-based practices can help release it—restoring safety, resilience, and aliveness.

Each week, participants will be guided through a somatic practice from the book, allowing the body’s natural healing intelligence to unfold.

Sessions are 45 minutes long and will be co-led by Pranav and Shalu from the Living Consciously team.
