Pooja is a seasoned intuitive healer and certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner with over 20 years of experience in helping people reconnect with their bodies, alleviate pain, and achieve holistic well-being.

Currently living in Canada, she combines the latest neuroscience insights with a trauma-informed approach, empowering clients to access their own healing potential. IFS is more than a practice for Pooja; it’s a philosophy she embodies daily, guiding her personal and professional life. Currently training in expressive arts therapy and relational intelligence, Pooja is deepening her skills to support others on their transformative journeys.
