Art of Relationships
A 5-Week Journey From protection to connection
Integrating Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Expressive Arts
February 18 - March 18, 2026
5 Weeks | Wednesdays | Zoom
7:30 - 9:30 PM IST | 9:00 - 11:00 AM EST
Overview
A 5-week online group program integrating Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Expressive Arts to support participants in understanding and transforming their relationship patterns. This is deep, meaningful work that goes beyond intellectual understanding. Participants will explore how early experiences shaped their attachment styles and continue to influence their relationships today with parents, children, partners, colleagues, and authority figures. Through a combination of psychoeducation, self-reflection, and experiential somatic practices, participants will develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and practical tools for creating healthier connections.

Our attachment styles formed in early relationships create invisible blueprints that shape every connection we have. When we understand these patterns and work with them compassionately, we can:
-
Break cycles of disconnection or conflic
-
Respond rather than react in challenging moments
-
Build more secure, satisfying relationships
-
Parent with greater awareness and presence
-
Navigate workplace dynamics with clarity
-
Access our own inner resources for healing

This is deep work that requires commitment and courage. Participants should expect to encounter vulnerable emotions and old wounds. However, with proper support and embodied practices, this journey leads to profound personal transformation and relational healing.

About the Facilitator: Pooja Miglani

Pooja Miglani brings over 25 years of experience integrating ancient wisdom practices, including the chakra system and vipassana meditation, with the neuroscience of trauma and attachment. As an IFS Practitioner training in Expressive Arts approaches, she creates spaces where healing unfolds through the body, creative expression, and relational connection.
Pooja's work is both playful and profound, inviting participants to meet their parts with curiosity and their patterns with compassion. Centering the body as the primary site of both wounding and healing, she holds space with reverence for both inner work and collective healing, creating containers for deep change. Through this integrative approach, participants discover their innate capacity for wholeness and authentic relating.
