Why we Created This Workshop
Many times in the past, I compared myself to others and felt inferior: not beautiful enough, not lovable enough, not intelligent enough. I always believed the answer was to improve my self- esteem and confidence – and I tried.
The first time I heard that whatever we feel inferior to is already within us, only repressed and unacknowledged, the idea struck me deeply. The thought of recovering lost parts of myself hidden in the unconscious felt like a deeper truth than simply trying to change my thoughts.
As I learned the process of reclaiming these buried aspects, I discovered how profoundly fulfilling it was. So different from the exhausting work of constantly tracking my negative thoughts and trying to replace them with positive ones.
This workshop is born from that journey. I want to share the same knowledge and perspective that helped me stop getting entangled in feelings of inferiority – and instead meet them as invitations for self-exploration and growth.

This workshop isn’t about “fixing” you in 120 minutes. It’s about giving you a new way to relate to feelings of inferiority – so instead of spiraling into self-doubt, you’ll know how to meet them with awareness and compassion. Many people find this shift alone creates a powerful sense of relief.
Do I need to know anything about psychology or meditation beforehand?
Not at all. I’ll guide you step by step, and everything will be explained in simple, practical language. The meditation is designed for anyone, even if you’ve never meditated before.

No. This is an educational workshop, not a substitute for therapy or medical advice. The practices and perspectives shared are meant to increase self-awareness and support your personal growth.
